The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Affiliates may not:
Bid on "Billionideas"
Bid on "Billion Ideas"
Bid on any branded variations, misspellings, or trademark terms
Run paid ads that impersonate or compete with official Billionideas advertising
brand bidding
Affiliates may not use any technology or tactic that drops affiliate cookies without a genuine user click.

Affiliates may not:
Send unsolicited emails
Post spam comments
Use misleading advertising
Use deceptive marketing tactics

Affiliates may not create, publish, or distribute coupon codes unless explicitly provided or approved by Billionideas.

Retarget visitors already on Billionideas-owned audiences
Run remarketing campaigns targeting Billionideas website visitors
Use customer data obtained from Billionideas without written permission
retargeting existing billionideas visitors
Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded purchases.
If a transaction results in:
